Whatsapp stored msg -kindly help -

hello guys ,,,
i got msgstore for whatsapp from galaxy s4 ,, when i tried to restore it on galaxy s5 it ain't restored . :confused:
is there any way to view it at least ??? :confused:
also i don't have that whatsapp Key as some method mention it.
