LG Stylo Help

I bought a ( LG, Stylo Model H631 ) from our local walmart, it;s a GSM phone , It is locked to walmart family mobile which is owned by T Mobile i think? My question is ,,, is this phone unlockable for AT&T ? and how would one go about this. I read so many thing about unlocking i just dont know what to believe anymore. Thankyou
