Using a dock from zooper instead of launcher dock

I'm currently using Nova Launcher and have recently purchased zooper, i have downloaded some themes, but I want to use a dock created in Zooper instead of Nova Launcher dock. How do I get the widget dock to stay where it should when swiping screens.
