p3100 can not displaying new firmware, eventhough odin have show success in installed

hello every body..
i have problem in p3100..
i have 20 times installed new firmware 4.2.2 to p3100..
using odin v.3.10.6, v3.09, v3.07, v3.05, all of v3 version are failure at around 60% process..
so i am using odin v1.83/v1.85/1.87 , success installed new firmware arround 100 minutes process..
after p3100 reboot, the firmware still old with old data..
why the p3100 not display new firmware 4.2.2?
in recovery menu, i can doing reset factory, but the wipe cache partition is error.. so only doing reset factory..
is that wipe cache related of installed new firmware?
