Per app themer for cm12 ( COS12 apps. One plus one themer)

Here,I am sharing with you a work done by @Abhishek and @sanyam Jain on the YU Forum . These people ported the COS 12 App Themer for all CM 12.x ROMs.

Are you fond of cos 12 app themer ..... and want to theme each app separately ??? So you are at the right place !!! Yes you heard it correctly CyanogenOs app themer is ported to all those roms which support CM Themes .... Layers guys go away this thread is not for you

Simple method to install it
1- download the zip file
2- go into your custom recovery
3- install/flash the just downloaded file
And you are done :)
