Nokia 925 ROM Flash

I have a Nokia 925 locked to T-Mobile I want to put a non branded Rom on it so I can use it on another carrier, I requested an unlock code form T-Mobile but they refused to send me one for some stupid reason even though I was a current customer and the phone was in use on their network. Can any one tell me how to accomplish this, Thanks
