Issue with Moto X 1052 WIFI

Hi guys

i have a quite big issue with my Moto x 2013 XT1052 since a few Days

When i try to activate the WiFi it immediately Turn Off without activating, from the fast tiles in the notification bar it keeps searching for an Access Point without finding one. Basically i can't activate the WiFi at all.

The problem appeaed while i had a Custom ROM in it: The Resurrection Remix 5.4.x but issue is happened after more than 4 moths since i have this ROM installed!

So i tried several stuff:
-Hard resets with no success
-tried to downgrade the rom (i updated it just one week before) with no success
-Tried to install a different ROM (CyanogenMod) with no success

then i decided to try to unroot and i reinstalled the stock 4.4.4 GB version rom in my moto X (yes it was GB version even when i bought it :) )

now i tried to update to 5.1 stock OTA update but still doesn't work .

WiFi fixer give me the code : WIFI_STATUS_UNKNOWN (or similar)

I know it happened not just to my device but to plenty of other devices not only Motorola
There is a solution for this :/

i dount know if i'm posting a duplicate but i really searched everywhere on google with no answer :D
