Charging wirelessly causes wakelock

So I've noticed my phone won't go into deep sleep. I've ran a few scenarios and found its a power wake lock when using the wireless charging.
If I charge with USB, I get no wakelocks. But when I wirelessly charge it won't deep sleep.

I read that this was an issue on kk that was supposedly resolved. But seems like it's still there.

I'm on the latest chroma as well.
