[ASK] [LP/5.0.x] How to Swap Between Internal SD with External SD..??

Sorry if my question is strange,
but... is there any way or method to swap between internal and external SD Card for CM12.1 (LP / 5.0.x)..
like we have on i9100-KK (CM11), I already use swapSd.zip to be flashed via recovery.. (Ex: Using script placed on init.d or whatever that possible??)

I'm sorry but I've searching enough from xda and google ofcourse..
