phone bricked soft or hard dont know

hello i yestrday was flashing a rom and installed the alterntive gapps zip now after i flashed the rom and gapps after rebooting my phone nothing happens just the vibration please help me as soon as you can i am new to this stuff and there is no sony centre anywhere near me that i can send this phone for repair
