I have had a Zenfone 2 for a little over a month and I have been very happy with it.
I have never copied music files over to it before and so I went to the ASUS support site and followed the PC link installation instructions.
As soon as I tried to ren PC Link on the phone with the windows software installed, my phone screen went black.
I have tried everything I can think of to try to get the phone to reset with no avail.
The hold power and volume up solution does nothing at all.
Any suggestions of how I can get the phone reset/rebooted?
I have read online that others have had similar issues.
I was following the ASUS procedure with the ASUS provided cable and at the time of the issue the phone was 100% charged.
I would appreciate any advice anyone cane give me. I have been singing the praises of this phone to all of my friends and now it dies on me for no reason.
