XT1080 Update error on RSD " Boot.img " failed

Hi guys i have comes 1 XT1080 Stuck on fastboot
Error on screen ,is

CustumerID error contact dealer 0xdead
Fastboot reason : invalid CID

when i try update on RSD if give error 4/11 Failed flash boot.img

and one have Idea how to fix and revive phone
