Xperia Z3 DRM Keys

Hello guys

I aquired a z3 one day ago and got a question.

Is it possible to
Root the phone -> backup the drm keys -> unlock bootloader -> restore the partition with the keys -> flash a rom that requires an unlocked bootloader?

Do i have full camera quality/functionality then?
