Xperia Z2 broken security/simlock area

Hello,
I have a problem with my Z2. When I start it with SIM, it show me 'Invalid SIM Card - Only Emergency Calls' notification. Service said that's the security/simlock area broken. Is it possible to repair? Please answer my question.
