Wifi won't turn on??

Hey all. I'm running a rooted version of the android 5.0 of2 update. Everything was working fine for a few days when suddenly my wifi turned off and will not turn back on. It only shows the hollow green light that says it's turning on but never actually does
I tried using the tutorial fix to get it to work. I even wiped and factory restored my phone several times but to no avail. Any solutions would be much appreciated!
