Which Samsung device would you recommend?

Hi, my father was using the Samsung S3 mobile and the screen has split recently. The S3 used to work great, but I'm now looking for a new Samsung device for him instead of paying 50 dollars for a screen replacement. I want a Samsung cellphone with good specifications and reasonably priced, as he doesn't often use a phone. :)
Do you guys have any suggestion? Thank you!
