Which android Mod, takes minimal Ram on the system itself?

Welcome as in the title, which android Mod, whether or Paranoid android CyaogenMod takes minimal Ram on the system itself?
I have a tablet Modecom FreeTAB HD 9701 X1, which has only 1 GB of Ram.

Please help Mod android who want to install to a stable, where more efficient than the current android 4.0.4 icecream to operate a network of wifi etc ... Please kindly help :)
