my sprint lg g4 randomly cut off last night and it is now stuck on repeating the LG logo. My phone was on the stock rom and unrooted. I cannot take it to the sprint store because they said I have a small crack so the techs can't deal with it so m ony option is to spend another 0 on a new G4. I even factory reset the phone from recovery mode and that did nothing. Is there another way I can fix this?
