Water damage help!!

it all started yesterday
at the pool when i decided to take a pic
it was all ok i pressed the button i took the photo i got the phone out and suddenly it vibrated 3 times and dead
so i went on to try the charger after i removed some water
and then red led appeared after inserting the charger
so i left it for a while
and when i was back home i dissembled the whole phone
and today i decided to take it alittle further so the water was already all gone thanks to a friend and i inserted the battery what i noticed was that the power button wasn't even connected so i connected it
after i assembled the phone and i hit the power button nothing happened as expected
but i noticed that the actual processor heated up alittle so i am going to send it to get repaired
any suggestions before i send it?
