Want to create Backup & Restore App like Titanium or Application Backup & REstore

I want to create app to backup & Restore APplication,SMS,contacts,MMS,logs, etc... on SD Card plus cloud drive like gmail....
Please help me with the source code or any reference or guide which provide knowledge to build this Application Project..
