w rev check fail ; (aboot) fused 2 > binary 1

i have no idea what to do anymore all i want to do is un-root my phone and return to stock i continuesly get this message all the time no matter what i do.. changed cables, changed usb ports .. ive looked online and trying to do some things they have mentioned like wiping my phone everything nothing is working please if anyone knows whats going on all the help is apretiated!!!!!
