URGENT : Recovery, ADB, new update

Hi. I realy need help, i try to do what i want to do from 2 hours and nothing to do, i can't. I have this rom installed on my zenfone2 551ML :

Now, i want back on stock rom. I tried restore my backup, but when it starts, com.process.gaps or something like it, i can't go further than select language, time, account google, and the pop up com.process"etc" appear each second.

So i reflashed the rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenf...ghtly-t3164144, 0817 version. i have install driver, adb, everything, ton install the new update stock asus. (from here : http://www.asus.com/support/Download...Ulh0Ph49Hl/32/ ) but nothing to do, i can't use adb sideload to do it cause adb devices don't work when i'm in TWRP, Advanced, ADB Sideload and swipe to start Sideload.

I realy need your help or i will cry soon.
