I have a sprint samsung galaxy s3 that has been flashed to straight talk. Right now it is on android 4.1.2 People's Rom.

I want to update to newest android. Can someone recommend a good Rom for me to flash it to... hopefully without having to erase anything on the phone?
& do i used Odin to do it?
