Unlock SIM HTC Desired C

Hello Xdadevelopers, My father get HTC Desired C from USA and he want me to unlock Sim. I've tried to root but it's still the same. Anyway, when I go to Munjeni Touch v5.5.0.4 and click unlock sim it sends message to me that send generated code and PM to XDA member mujeni. "58 103 4E 4B 42 33 36 4B"
so please help me unlock this phone.... :rolleyes::crying::rolleyes:
