twep 2.8.1.0 E: Unable to stat '/data/

Hello
yesterday my phone run out of battery
when i charged my phone again then tried to boot i get boot loop then i booted to recovery (twrp 2.8.1.0) and wipe but here i get

so i do some testes and i found thet the error show because data partition is read-only so what can i do to make it read write again
