Totally stuck in Amigo UI for Gionee GN715. Cannot run play store or any app

Hi all,

I was told to post my question here as this issue seems quite unique on XDA and have kept me days (and nights). My question is simple:

Is there any solution or workaround for the folllowing problem:

All apps must run through a Chinese version of Amigo UI which cannot be changed into English. Gapps, kkLauncher, Playstore all cannot run on the phone.

What I already have done?

• Framaroot;


• Custom Root from needrom.com (not rooted) installed from SD Card;


• Factory Reset.

Thanks in advance for any input or help. Alternatively, can someone direct me to the proper forum/website/youtube video or if necessary a Wizard :D
