Tab 2 New Digitizer not working

Im replacing a digitizer in a tab 2 10.1 and the one i got is not working,
i looked around and seen that it may have to be the same rev as the original one
problem is he doesnt have the original one, is thier any way to tell which rev is needed to get this thing working
