I've got a Koodo T989D which I unlocked using the free method many years ago. Last year I went to the US for 4 months and used a T-Mobile sim card without fail.
At the moment, my phone will not detect any sim card (including the T-Mobile) other than the one from Koodo. This phone is going to my brother, and he's on Rogers. Hence the problem.
The phone is unlocked according to the *#7465625# menu. I've flashed back to the UVLE1 radio, along with the stock 4.0.4 koodo rom but neither seem to help.
Any ideas?
