I have a galaxy s4 i337 AT & T in mexico and I get the upgrade to lollipop .
update my device from OTA and restart the device only says "System software not authorized from AT&T has been found on your phone. please turn off your phone and go to the nearest AT&T store for help"
I can only enter download mode.
what should I do ? I could not flash any rom .
excuse my English , my Inglés is very poor
and I am new to the forum
