Sungale Cyberus ID720WTA- What to do with thing thing?

So I have this......thing. I think its a brick but i believe its supposed to be a tablet. The only thing that comes up in a google search is a very poorly made amazon page (they literally lists the specs twice). The thing comes pre-rooted but is as slow as a snail on muscle relaxers. Any way I can fool CWM into thinking its something else, flash the recovery and do the same with a ROM? I want cyanogen on it but with .5 GB of ram and 4 GB of memory I don't know if that is even possible. That being said what would you suggest to do to speed it up? I've frozen apps, uninstalled apps, and overclocked it ( i think?) as much as i can.
