Stuck on Viper One logo after flashing v9.0.0

I think I soft bricked my phone from bad flashing viperOne rom v9.0.0. Im now stuck to Viper Logo and the worst part is, TWRP failing to restore my nandroid backup. Id really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
