Stock Rom VM/Bell Canada 0PCV220

Does anyone have the stock Virgin Mobile/Bell Canada RUU for 0PCV220 ? The RUU's on HTC do not work.

Also the stock recovery for the phone would be greatly appreciated. The ones I have tried flashing give off a signature error.
