Stock Application Remove

Hi guys
I just want to ask your opinion regarding these issue. Is it safe to remove stock apps from system/app or is it more safe to just freeze them using Titanium Backup? If you guy have a list of bloatware to be remove in stock .207 firmware please share. :D
