Somehow wiped everything from my Fire HD 6

HI guys,

I had a successful root of my Fire HD 6. I tried to do a factory reset and somehow I think I wiped necessary files from the device. I can still get to TWERP, but looking through the files I dont see anything. I see the structure but no files. Is there anyway I can get a flashable stock rom or another rom for this? I searched a bit but could not find anything.

Any help will be much appreciated!
