soft bricked, error.. help pls.

I was using cynogenmod rom but when I was using whatsup, the phone became down. When I restart the phone, it freezes on Samsung Logo screen. I can get in download mode (vol. down, home, power) and recovery mode(vol. up, home, power). Because I cant open the phone, I can not activate usb debugging mode.

I got that the phone is soft bricked.

I download odin 3.07. I setup phone drivers. I download samsung s3 original rom from sammobile. I want to flash this room but im am getting the error which is below on the odin.

What do I need to do ? Please help me.. The reason of the error is nonactive usb debugging mode ?
