SM-N9005 LTE mode change possible?

We all know that the SM-N9005 supports LTE bands of FDD(Frequency Division Duplex) frequencies. Well unaware of that i purchased the phone abroad two years ago. But in my country, the only band that is supported is TD(Time Division Duplex ) frequency #40(ie 2300Mhz). Is it possible to flash a patched phone modem to gain TD LTE support? :) If so, please direct me. Thanks
