SM-G920V - cannot call to *111



Hi, Im from Argentina and I bougth a Verizon version of the Galaxy S6.

I'm looking for help because I cannot dial *111 to call customer service, my carrier is Personal and when I dial *111 I receive a message " Connection Problems or Invalid MMI Code". I think that is because Verizon has block this number. Does anyone can help me to solve this issue?
