Dears,
I have had this phone for over a week now both my sims have been working in it flawlessly, Today it said while I was browsing "sim card inserted refreshing" then it reboot my phone. When it did sim 1 no longer reads the sim inserted in it so I replaced the sim1 and sim2 thinking the sim itself might have gone bad, guess what? Both sim cards work fine in sim 2 tray. Anyone has a solution for this?

I repeat both sim cards are functional it's the sim1 tray that seems to have a problem I hope it's a software issue I'm resetting factory now then updating the forum.
