Selfie stick with 5.1.1 camera app

After an update to 5.1.1 camera is working fast and cause if that it takes 2 photos intead of 1. I got selfie stick that presses volume button and cammera shutter. In camera options volume button can be changed to Volume control, zoom in and shutter.
Is there a way to fix this. Thats kinda annoying... :(
