Screen shaking, turn black, and crash.

Hello,

I have a big problem with my phone, there are some days my screen had three vertical white line on certain colors, like this :

But with time the problem is worsened, my screen is totally crazy, i can't explain, juste look the video :(

But i don't know if is the screen or flex cable the problem
