Samsung Galaxy S5 AT&T

Hello developers. I have has a few different issue with my Rooted S5 which I have managed to solve. My device soft bricked and froze on the AT&T load screen so I factory reset it. The problem is that I lost my back up data. My computer was stolen so I lost my export on my PC as well. Problem is I don't have bluetooth any more and want it back badly. Don't ask why I removed it in the first place because truth is idk.

Does anyone have the APK for said software and do if so can it simply be reinstalled using it?
