S6 won’t let me turn on light flow app under Accessibilities in the services tab.

In cannot get my S6 to allow me to turn on services for light flow under accessibility menu. I can click on the turn on switch but when the pop up window comes up it will not let me click on turn on. It will let me click on cancel and the “turn on “text is not grayed out or anything. Anyone have some insight or a way to enable it? I also have Clean Mater installed and it too is located under the services tab and I have the same problem of not being able to turn it on.
