S voice Problem

It's a few days that I'm not able to use s voice, from my gear s, to start new call, send new messages etc....
once s voice is started and I say something like "send message to ...." the app closes and the watch returns on the clock screen.
I restored to factory default, flashed the newest firmware, restored the phone....but nothing
Someone is facing the same problem?
