S-voice and contacts

Hello good day.

I have the version stock ( root) of netherlands N910FXXU1BOC5_N910FPHN1BOB2 .
I have problems with Svoice , which does not call contacts who are united , grouped by example with my google account and the account whatsapp.-

there any way to fix this? problem is this firmware ?
