Ruu error 132 Htc one m8

I am trying to flash back to stock lollipop but when i run the ruu i keep getting the error 132. this was never a problem before when i wanted to go back to stock but now it wont let me.
i did relock the bootloader before starting the Ruu.

please help (At&t Htc one m8)
