Download the rom
copy it on the sdcard
reboot the phone in recoveryCWM(not stok) and make first a backup of your previous rom(just in case)
then
-wipe data factory reset
-install zip from sdcard/ choose zip/select the rom.zip/yes install
when it finish, reboot the phone
