Rogers Note 4 (N910W8) on CM12.1 has no data connection

Hey all,

I am having issues with my Note 4 after installing CyanogenMod 12.1 (trltetmo) (Android Lollipop 5.1.1). I can send/receive calls and SMS, I just can't seem to get data working.

Has anybody been able to solve this issue? I thought about flashing another modem firmware to it but I'm not too sure which to use.
