Recovery Mode Problem (red rectangle)

Hey I tried to flash a different ROM on my Shield Tablet: Team EOS ROM

I used WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit. I succesfully unlock the bootloader but then I try to flash TWRP I end up getting that red rectangle.

Can anyone tell me a solution how to fix that ?
