(Q)Extsd as main memeory

anyone know if can i use my ext2sd partition as mount as "fake internal memory" like in CM12.1 donno if is buildin in the rom or script ( then i dont need to use 3rdparty app)
i look everywhere , just very old post 2006-8 that saying its impossible
