[Q] Recover formatted internal memory (sdcard0)

Hi!

I have a huge problem! I wanted to flash the official CM12 nightly on my gf's SGSII, but with a bigger PIT... so i backed up my phone, downloaded all the needed files (ODIN, kernel, PIT files), then I connected phone to PC and flashed new pit and kernel... went to recovery mode and formatted internal memory (sdcard0) when I just remembered i forgot to make a backup of internal memory (my way is just to copy all the sdcard0 to my computer.....)!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? so before i flash new ROM to the phone, is there any solution to recover those files back on my sdcard0 (either through download mode or recovery mode) cuz all the files to flash were stored to sdcard0 (internal memory)
